Hi Matrix team, I have done two recharges on my number # 92XXXXXXXX. but recharge is not successful . got ERROR message "We are Sorry". After money deducted from my Account 1) Using SBI bank amount Rs 1768.82 (Ref#GAKKPBYJ2) - money deducted from my back account but No recharge 2) Using PayTM bank amount Rs 1180 (Ref#IGAKKPHTT4) - money deducted from my back account but No recharge . I did the 2nd recharge as 1st transaction failed. As there was duplicate recharge done for the same due to system ERROR. I want to cancel the 1st transaction ( Rs 1768.82 ) and refund the money back to my back account. After discussion with Matrix customer service team they have done the 2nd transaction (Rs 1180) recharge on my Mobile. But they are saying they can't refund the 1st transaction ( Rs 1768.82 ) . They are saying to add the 2nd transaction recharge now or next month as per my confirmation. But As I am leaving USA next month. There is NO use of my 2nd recharge amount . So I am requesting to refund the amount to my bank account . Very very disappointed with services and communications done by Matrix service team. Still the 2nd recharge pending not yet DONE.
