I purchased a sim card on 24th feb 2018 at bangalore airport (Mob no[protected] but the card is not activated after arrival in malaysia. I logged a complaint with the customer care, spent substantial time with the tech team to resolve or rather understand what the issue was but no help. I am without a sim and i have already paid, i would request a refund of the money unless i am given another sim today.
I have been following up with the customer care and they are not responding anymore. Have already incurred huge expenses on my india number trying to connect with them on roaming. Need a resolution and a refund!
