Never ever give them money they are completely fraudsters, i got this job call through job hai application, my interviews was fixed for next day, i went there and 1stly what i noticed that there is no any name mentioned outside the company, the place was not at all looking like an office, then it was turn of my interview, she (interviewer) rarely asked me any question related to job profile ( document verification from hdfc) and told me that you are selected and then she told me to submit 3000 rs for account opening to get salary from them and also they asked or 3000 rs again for training, as i was a fresher and it was my 1st interview of life i was totally clueless about any such fraud and i paid them in total 3000 rs, then they gave me slip and letter for training, i left and was sitting at Bhikaji cama place west metro, then i started searching about this company on google i havnt found anything about them no any website and nothing then, i came through all the reviews on https://www.consumercomplaints.in then i was shocked knowing the same story from ppl and about money fraud and no job thing, i was astonished negatives reviews and blah blah then reached to their office again, there were many innocent fresher candidates were waiting when i reached there for this 2nd time i found everything so suspicious, they did not want any of the candidate to talk a single word from other candidate even outside the office, i asked for my money back, then i was told to write an application for refund and i will get any solution after 24-72 hrs, i was so frustrated it was not even half n hour happnd when i paid them even the interview was ongoing still no one wanted to give my money back,

We that is M/s Yash Infosystems have placed order on 02nd February, 2022 through, PO No : YIPO/00140/21-22 and YIPO/00141/21-22 against the Proforma Invoice from M/s Matrix Innovative Services India Private Limited MIS/PI 02FEB2022 - 203 and MIS/PI 02FEB2022 - 204 for the total amount of INR 1, 73, 000/-

We have clearly informed Ms Mahalakshmi from their admin team on 01.02.2022 before placing order on 02nd February that we require delivery in 2 days and based on their commitment to deliver ( implied by acknowledging our email ) in two days, we have done payment which their team asked that is 80% of the total amount.

Total Amount paid : INR 1, 38, 400/- from Yash Infosystems to Matrix Innovative Services India Pvt. Ltd, based out in Chennai at No.15/5 velan Nagar, 1st Main Road, Arumbakkam, Chennai-600106.

After continuously following of 8 days we haven't received product and we cancelled order on 10th February and asked for the refund of the payment on the same day. Their team is not replying on emails and neither picking our call. We are requesting each day for our own payment.

I have paid in advance amount of 55000 to Matrix innovative services by Sep-09-2021.
But until now they haven't sent us the vehicle. So we started asking for refund of money. But they are not refunding the money. Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I want to inform you that a fake id has been put up by any one in locanto site, in which i am not at all interested, so please i want to remove my fake ad from there as soon as possible. Dear all, all these reviews are paid reviews. I have personally experienced their products and services. They are not at all capable to supply any solar air conditioner. The only one unit of solar AC they brought from Delhi, they sold us, and it is not working at all. Still our money for the solar panels are with them. They have made manipulations in agreed price and purely cheated us. Because of covid 19, we are unable to travel to chennai. We are planning to file a compensation from Consumer Court in Chennai. We have all communications as evidence.
This is our experience with Matrix Innovative Services, Chennai.

I have order 2pcs of led tv and home theater units to s k home appliances on 7'th august 2017, till today's date, they have been providing fake reasons that they will dispatch products, its getting shipped and things like that. Its been more than 2 years and there is no sign of product delivery or returning the amount which i credited in advanced

So far they have received closed to 2.95, 000/- inr from me and these many years when i asked them for a refund. They used to provide me cheque leafs with the amount quoted higher than which i gave them, but when the cheque is processed its getting rejected and the same story continued so far till date

This following company's are runned by moorthi and ganesha moorthi.

So far i have recorded all the voice calls, emails and cheque leafs received from them as evidence

All i want to mention is, these people are big time fraud and they have been doing this fraudster activities for years and years to cheat people's hard earned money

I am joemon chacko working for robinsos global logistics solutions private limited as warehouse manager. I have ordered lg 2 ton 3 star split ac model no ks-q24enxa 1 pc & almonard make 18” pedestal fan - 5 pcs, on 14.05.2019 for my office to matrix innovative services india private limited. They issued me the per forma invoice no misi 125/19-20 for the amount of inr 69000- including gst value. This value is inclusive of installation charges and delivery charges. I made the advance payment of inr 55000/- through neft no citn[protected] dated 21.05.2019. The rest of the payment after getting the tax invoice. After getting the payment they told the material will delivered within 1 week time. After one week when material was not received i made the call to the company and they told it will get deliver within 2 days time. But they are not given the delivery on the committed time.. After that i made lot of calls and mail communication and they told this is out for delivery and will provide the contact no of driver. But they are not given it of any information, and material also not delivered. Every time they told it will come within 1 day or 2 day. The office lady ms ramya told me you can speak to mr arif who is taking care of deliveries. I spoke to arif also several times and he also not giving any proper response and asked me to contact mr moorthy the owner of the company. I spoke to him and he told it will get delivered within one day time. He also given only commitment and not given the product delivery. Then i have a doubt about the company and checked it on consumer complaint website and found some others also have the same kind of issues faced from mr. Moorthy. Then i visited his office and asked him to cancel my order and refund my amount. He then told some excuse, told me it will take 45 days to refund the amount. I refused this and asked him to provide the cheque for inr 55000/- and he has given me a post dated cheque dated 14.05.2019. Before submitting the cheque at bank i send the mail communication to m/s matrix to ensure the amount on the account and cheque should not bounced. But he has not kept the money on the account and the cheque has bounced. Then i called up moorhty and his office and they are not given any proper answer. Then mailed me that give them one more chance to refund the amount within 10 days. When i called up moorthy he told he will refund it through nift on 28th friday without any fail. But he has not made the payment. Today also i called up several time and he said it will refund today without any fail. Now i am calling him he is not picking my calls and finally he switched off his mobile. I called up arif and he told payment is ready and we will do the rtgs, but now he also not attending my calls and definitely they are cheating me.

I need to get resolve this case and get back the amount rtgs inr 55000/- + the cheque dishonored charges and a compensation.

I have place order of 5pcs led tv to matrix innovative service pvt ltd. On 25th feb 2019, till today they are telling fake words that they will dispatch product today likewise three weeks went. I paid total amount of rs. 47200 on feb 25th, 2019. I have already sent mail to get refund of my amount. They simply cheating everyday till today. I have all audio call records from day one. Moorthi and ganesha moorthi are running this company to simply cheat people by getting money. Like this matrix innovative service pvt ltd they have another company called samuthiram consumer product pvt ltd it's only for cheating purpose and they also tell skoda is their brand.
