Matunga Police Station — Police verification details not forwarded to passport office even after the verification is done and three weeks passed.

Myself Harshal Kantale had applied for passport verification on 1st July 2014 and documents from passport office had been sent to matunga police station. I personally have submitted all my documents at matunga police station and physical verification is done but the authorities haven't forwarded the documents or the verification report to passport office and the status on the website is still " physical verification pending at matunga police station." This is intentional or unintentional delay by authorities is causing an unnecessary delay in the passport issue process. Please take immediate action as i need my passport by the end of august for a important exam (passport is considered as most important document for exam).
