maturi — Insurance Name transfer.

Hai, My name is Prajith MM, my vehicle No KA-51N-1749. Sorry for telling that, Iam very much fed up with your Insurance support in INDUS MOTORS (Pattambi Branch). I faced lot of issues because of insurance and till now not yet rectified. 3 Week back we given my vehicle to this service center for doing servicing and Patch work, because my vehicle has some scratches. In that time they suggested to go through insurance, so you can save money. So we planned to go that way, but actually, I did the RC name transfer without doing the Insurance name transfer. Actually we are not aware of these process, we mistakenly thought that insurance for vehicle only, so no need to do the name transfer. But this service center people they didn't look the insurance properly, before that itself the scratched all my vehicle full right side, because they said that insurance people wants big scratch then only they will approve. After all this only they noticed that, insurance name was different than RC name. then they said insurance is not get we need to do the payment. Actually we got stuck and we ready to do that also, because we need to come back to Bangalore ASAP. We cant take vehicle with this type of full scratches. After that, I paid 10046 RS for painting and service, they I request them to clear my insurance on last Monday, because insurance is not valid because of name issue in RC and Insurance. They promised that, they will do it on moday itself, but till now its not ready. I did the insurance renewal through your dealers only (Surakshaa Care Bangalore), so as per their suggestion any of Maruti dealers can do the name transfer. So that I given there.On Monday they said that the need 950 Rs for name transfer, i paid that money, but again they said that it is rejecting from insurance (IFFCO-TOKYO) company. Then they said they will re-apply. But again i called 4 to 5 times regarding this status, then they said on Thursday they cant do it because I need to do where I did the insurance renewal. So I taken the vechicle without insurance to Bangalore to do that, and I given all the details to Surakshaa Care Bangalore on Friday. They also getting reject. They told me that INDUS MOTORS people did the insurance claim but till now they didn't cancel because of that this is canceling. I tried to reached the insurance people in INDUS motors, they are not responding my call, after that I called the Work manager and explained this all, but he also didn't take any serious and said that another guy is doing. He given me his number.That number also not responding. How can I solve this issues, because last 1 week I'm not able to take my vechicle, If any accident happened I need to pay all and take the responsibility. Please do the needful and taken action, because I don't want other your customers also face this type of issues again. Thanks and Regards Prajith MM
