I booked two 1bhk flats (920 sq. Ft.) at defence colony dadri in the year 2011. Paid rs.4, 98, 700/- against project cost of rs.12.49 lacs).In nov'2015 i found that some other builder has placed their board on the site and there is no board / staff of max balaji group at site office. No one was in a position to tell about whereabouts of mr. Sunil nagar, the md of the company. The land owner also told that he has left the site.. After knowing this i decided to go the office of max balji group situated at jasola dlf tower new delhi. On reaching i found that the office has been closed now. I tried to contact the owner of the company sunil nagar but failed so far. Lastly decided to lodge a complaint in the police to recover my hard earned money.
