Yesterday I make a recharge through my maxget more app amount debit from bank account but recharge get failed and amount also didn't refund to me

I had purchased a product from Max get more, worth RS.1700/- The company has not yet delivered the product and they are not ready to refund the money. Even after complaining them four to five times they are not ready to refund my amount. Simply they are dragging the case for not refund of the amount
