Max Hospital — best managers unprofessional approach | |||
This is regarding max hospital patparganj. It is highly irresponsible and aerogant behavoiur of the bed manager that a patient who has to undergo the surgery next day and suffering deeply in pain is kept in waiting for 18 hrs to allot him a bed that to in general ward. This is completely inhuman. He doesn't deserve to be a part of such a big and famous hospital. Such people will defame the organisation. He refused several times to allot me the bed. This also may be the case that i am a echs referred patient and they might have been instructed to give the priority to the patients who are paying immediately. I am entitled for semi private ward but i was intentionally given the bed in general ward that too was given after18 hrs of long wait. Was this information helpful? | |||
