Max Hospital — biopsy report delay

Hv been suffering for past so many days as your hospital is not providing the biopasy report for the sample taken by surgery. My doctor ix helpless she cant start treaent in andence of report.
The pain has become unbearable for me i hope its not agrivating my condition.
Can someone please get this sorted as i hv been being really paiteint.
But i will not let this effect my treatment so plz take cognise.
