I had ordered one spectacle in max hospital, salimarbagh on 17th jan. It was supposed to be delivered on 19th jan, but despite repeated calls, complaints, visit to hospital and even personal complaint to ms. Pratima chabra,. The specs is not delivered till now... Very very pathetic customer service.. Even the in charge ms. Pratima is showing helpless ness.. If this is the service then only god can help harassed customer. I am a cancer patient taking cheemotharphy treatment. After 4 cheemo now in 5th cheemo they charges patient diet charges n nursing charges extra. They said its new rules by max hospital.
