Max hospital It is very unfortunate to inform you that i m going to file a legal action against max noida regarding my surgery for finger which was happened on 08.10.2016, my little finger was got fractured and i was suggested for surgery in which the chipped piece was supposed to be fixed back to bone.in surgery they have inserted the small metallic fastener and chipped part was at their original position after surgery also. My finger which was bend due to fracture is still bend after surgery. Max hospital charged me rs. 89000/- for this surgery. I m working in larsen & toubro ltd and will surely help me in this matter to get me justice in this case, i m sure my father who is working cmo (Chief medical office) in meerut will help me to escalate the matter to the highest point in medical line. I have been charged of rs. 89000/- to take metallic fastener into my bones and no rectification has been done, i have all the x-rays and reports which clearly shows and prove that doctors of max noida has done blunder to me by giving so much pain and make my normal life hell. I m going to escalate my matter to consumer court and will surely asked them to make board of doctors who will help to fight against max noida hospital.
