Max Hospital — non availability of the doctor | |||
I have booked an appointment with Dr. A Kumar (Internal Medicine), Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saker for 17.50 hrs today (15.07.2019). I reached at the hospital at 18.00 hrs and it took about 10 minutes at the reception/bill desk. The billing clerk billed and sent us to the doctor. But the doctor was not available in his chamber. On enquiring from the nurses station, I came to know that Doctor A.Kumar had left his chamber at 18.00 hrs itself. It is very disappointing that the doctor/hospital administration didn't bother to inform the patient (myself) that he will not be available after 18.00 hrs. Though, in the past we always get the call from hospital/doctor for confirming our visit to the doctor at the scheduled time and date. My husband came to escort me, leaving his office early while I was on leave for the very much required check up of myself having very high BP. I was asked to see another doctor Shakti Kumar, who also left the hospital, asking me to wait; which lasted for an hour. Please take appropriate action on the said Dr A Kumar for his carelessness, resulting in the harassment of the patients and intimate me as well of the same.
