This is regarding my refund. I had an appointment with dr. Brajendra prasad singh at 7:45 pm on the 4th of december and had already paid for it online. I got a call from max at around 6:30 pm saying dr can’t come to see you and spoke with the doctor also who was not available when i was already on my way to hospital. I said okay we can reschedule. The next day i asked for rescheduling and they said we can’t because it had to be done the same day but we can issue a refund. I called many times after that and even complained on the website where you have to fill in your details and the nature of the complaint but it has not been done yet. Almost 3 months have passed. I have been visiting max since a long time but they don’t seem to care and take prompt action. If i am expected to pay money instantly why is the refund not issued and no follow up done by max to ensure that refund is processed. It’s apalling they want our money but they don’t want to ensure that the money they owe to us is refunded.
