Max Hospital — regarding 2nd stage fistulotomy surgery.

Patient name: anu bala max id:mhli285200. 2nd stage surgery done on[protected]. We came to the hospital at 7:00am & they took her for surgery around 1:00pm and i was waiting in waiting lunge but when untill 3:30pm i did not got any information about my wife then i contacted to the reception then they helped me to call in ot on 2nd floor then they replied me that surgery was done arround 2.30pm. When i asked them why they did no informed me then they replied that we tried to reach out you on your mobile what mobile was not reachable even i was present in waiying hall and my mobile was working properly. Later on wheb they shifted her to bed then they shifted us to general ward without concerning with us then i requested them ti change the bed then after 2 hours of my request they changed the bed. Today doctor said me that at 3:00pm they have already discharged us when i asked the nurses then they replied me they did not get the intimation from the doctor then again i asked the dr regarding thus matter then he found that it was the blunder from nurse that she did not send the approval to tpa department so my discharge process started arround 5:30pm and i waited there for 2:30hrs. I donot want to come here again even the house keep was not proper. I have the picture in which you can see the lizard was present in the room. Please look into this matter hope you will act on this.
