Max Hospital — Very unprofessional response to Patients basic demands by staff | |
My Dad named Dalip Gulati is admitted on (Emergency number[protected] bed no. 2 RICU on 7th Floor of Max Vaishali. Since yesterday he has been asking to each and every person coming to his bed or passing by his bed for some basic things like Any kind of liquid to drink, a tooth paste for his brushing, a newspaper so he can at least have some sort of stuff to pass the time, toilet paper roll for washroom, slippers to walk with, I mean is it the standard of MAX which is known to be a brand in the hospital market ?? Do we need to ask for each thing for couple of days and twenties of time in a day to get it done ?? Neither we can provide anything from outside nor anyone is doing it inside, every time someone comes and says yes to the demand and just moves away. This is really a shameful thing for the management. We are old customer to the Max, but such a act is happening for the first time.
