Sir i am to complain that a person named... Spell out my policy details and promised me to pay the settlement money and is speaking from max life one after another and convince me to pay refundable money of security money and gst tax, total extracted rs 92500/in the account of max life, but it is showing the name of another person after transferring the money. It appears to be an unsolicited call made by unscrupulous elements in the name of Max Life Insurance. The payment remitted was not made to Max Life Insurance but to a third party who in no way is related to Max Life Insurance. We request you to kindly: 1. Take up the matter with the beneficiary bank immediately to pursue reversal of money if possible 2. Take up the matter with your own bank immediately to pursue reversal of money if possible 3.
