[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance Company Ltd — Mis-selling and unfair practices by the agent in policy no:[protected]

Dear Sir/madam,
I had bought a life insurance policy of Rs. 1 lac in 2013 . The agent told me that I have to pay for 3 years and shall get the maturity after 5 years. Now the company has debited 4th year premium from my bank account. This is totally unfair and unethical. Even the same agent sold another policy of Rs 1 lac in 2013 which was cancelled by your Company in March 2016, only because of mis-selling by the agent. Now I also came to know about mis-selling and cheating in this policy also . The company is not taking any action in regards to grievances highlighted by me.
So please help me out in this matter as I m highly disturbed due to this .

This is a common practice in max life insurance . They are big frauds and known for using fraudulent and malafide practices in selling . please go ahead with the criminal proceeding against the company through a qualified lawyer.

Max life is playing with my hard earned money. I invested this money for investment purpose only but now they are asking to pay premium regularly which is totally unethical. Can somebody suggest me what should I do?? I feel cheated from max life insurance .

Mr Vidit Bhasin from Max life has totally denied my complaint of mis-selling and unfair business practices . He is not admitting my charges. The same agent of Max life sold two policies to me in Feb 13 and March 13. The company has cancelled one policy by admitting the mis-selling done by same agent in that policy and has denied any mis-selling in second policy.
Even the company had failed to provide any evidence of policy bond delivery which has not delivered to me since last 3 years. So I am also fully entitled to free look period of 15 days which is my legal right.
Kindly support me in highlighting such fradulent practices of Max life insurance via social media to millions of innocent customers so that they do not enter into any relationship with Max Life insurance co ltd. Please forward this post to as many as peoples.

Even Max Life did big frauds of Rs. 10 lac with me also. The senior management team didn't cooperated and they supported their agent advisor despite of availability of documentary proofs of cheating. So I advise you to sue the senior management team in court of law for protection of your rights.
