[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — deducting money on my account without my permission | |||
Availed a policy named max life monthly income advantage plan no.[protected] from maxlife insurance on 15/02/2016. Due to my financial situations am not in a position to pay the premium rs 51, 039.38 in a single payment. So i said them to cancel the ecs and choosen payment though cheque mode in quarterly basis but they said they compulsorily need a mandate form with my signature for processing it for change in mode of payment. I also signed and enclosed a cheque for paying the first instalement for the policy and gave to them. And then i have been paying the premium. If sometimes delayed i have paid with penal charges also. Last time i made payment though my credit card and at that time i ensured in a call don't change my payment mode. But now they itself changed the payment mode and deducted rs 13279.31 ref : ""inr 13279.31 was spent on your credit card xx3246 on 17-nov-17 at max insurance limi. Avbl lmt: rs.46910.54 track spends with axis mobile: m. Axisbank.com/ccdl"". Am already planned to close my credit card due to my personal reasons so only i didn't opt for paying through credit card without giving respect the maxlife insurance they itself deciding and debited my money. When i asked to change the payment mode as cheque they asked mandatory form signed by me with cheque amount mentioned for first installment. Then how now they changed the payment mode without my signature or my signed instructions to axis bank for debiting money with my interest. Am having already lot of issues and stresses and health issues. Due to the activity of maxlife insurance my health is damaged further and my mind becomes more stressed. So now am feeling unsafe as they changing the rules and debiting the money as per their wish so kindly ask them to cancel the policy and refund all the money which are received from me due to the improper behaviour of them. Also now my health condition is damaged and mentally stressed so ask them to pay the rs 20000 for becoming normal from the stressful situation which they made me.
