[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — ecs transfer before due date | |||
The ecs for my policy no[protected] was done before due date. When i complained about this in there customer care (Mr mashup bajpai) they told me it's there birth right. The company is not following any rules and regulations and defrauding many customers in one way or another. Action should be intiated against such fraudulent withdrawal. The ECS(auto- debit) has been de-activated from the policy permanently. In future, you may pay the premium through cheque/Demand draft/online.
