[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — fault in service request | |||
Ecs update and premium method change request for policy no[protected] has been given on 25.03.18 vied ref no 18730549.in which ecs dpdate has been accepted vied mail dated 27.03.18. And, premium method update change was pending. But on premium due date premium amount has been deducted from my old bank account on dated 27.04.2018. And, now todat 28.04.2018 i got a mail dated your ecs update and method has been accepted your (My) premium due is on 27.05.2018. Was this information helpful? | |||
