मैंने[protected] को आपकी कंपनी का 1 करोड़ का टर्म प्लान online लिया हु, जिसमे आपके representative ने दी हुई जानकारी proposal form में न डालते हुए, सभी जरुरी जानकारी गलत भरी है, फिर क्लेम के वक्त आप लोग बोलते है कि हमने आपको गलत जानकारी दी है, 8 दिन से झूट बोल रहे है कि दूसरा प्रपोजल फॉर्म genrate करेंगे, पर अभी तक कुछ नहीं किया ।

Our customer service team tried to reach out to you but the call couldn't connect through. This is to inform you that your request for the change in ( alcohol/smoking and medical information along with hazardous activity declaration) has been updated in our records, however, these changes will not reflect in the proposal form. The mail sent by you regarding the changes will also be a part of the policy document which assures you that the changes have been updated in our records. Proposal form once filled cannot be edit, so we want to confirm you that the final decision on your policy will be taken post consideration of your declaration.
The same has been communicated to you on your registered email id. Do reach out if there's anything else we can help you with.
