This is to inform you that my name is Mahadeb Bhandari, I have taken a policy, policy no.[protected] on 15.03.2017, maturity sum assured is 3, 87, 401.00 maturity date is 15.03.2042, under one of your agent name Reshma Parvin, she has taken all my documents and she has also take 2 premium payment from us, but after that she is unavailable, many times I have tried to reach her but everything goes invain. Looking forward to your answer, weather I will get back my premium amount which is been already given to that lady or not, if I can get back then please guide me.
