Subject : performance update max life insurance policy no:[protected] Dear sir, This mail is in continuation with earlier mails and communications addressed to max life insurance in last more than a weeks time. I have not been able to get any response despite repeated mails and phone calls. My compliant was registered vide ticket no. 18225022. Earlier my statement of account dated 14th april 2017 was discussed with mr. Rakesh Kumar (Relationship manager, mobile number [protected]) on 17th april 2017.in my personal meeting with mr. Rakesh kumar in my office, i Requested for details of deduction from my premium (Year wise) ever Ince the policy took effect. Moreover my policy is not having any Growth and is running in losses to me despite the market being bullish Now. Mr. Rakeskh kumar promised to mail me the details in next 48 hours After consulting his seniors. To my utter surprise, he did not Respond. On repeatedly calling him, he asked for another day to Respond. Later he stopped responding to my phone calls. When i called mr. Satija ([protected]), he was busy in the meeting and promised to call Back in an hour but unfortunately he did not have the courtesy to call Back. Subsequently after few hours, i spoke to mr. Satija about my Problem but he was not able to give me any answers. From this scenario It is clear that max life insurance is hell bent on cheating customers And is least interested in sorting out their grievances. I hope, you Would look into this matter personally and reply my queries point wise As soon as possible with utmost honesty : — 1) if my agent has left the company, how many times in last seven years Did the relationship manager visited me to clarify as to why there is No growth in the funds.? 2) what are the reasons of downfall of my shares when the market is Bullish (Around 30, 000)? 3) how the number o[censored]nits allotted to me in april 2016 have got Reduced/decreased over a period of time? The market value of allotted Unit can change but not the number o[censored]nits. 4) how much amount of my premium has been looted/siphoned from me by The company without taking into consideration my profit? 5) is there any way to improve the current situation in this policy? Can There be reallocation/transfer of funds to increase the nav? Thanks and regards. I received call from [protected] and told me his name is Mohit Agrawal.He said he is from max life and use as usual Fraud script.I am working in insurance industry so I know how he confused the customer.So please take appropriate action against them.
