[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — max insurance policy auto debit from bank accounts even after opting out | |||
I had signed & sent many forms since 10 years to max insurance to ensure that no auto debit happens towards any of my max life insurance policies. However those # had done an auto debit from my bank account even though their agent syed ali promised me that auto debit will never happen for the policies, and thereby was charged hefty bank charges for insufficient funds, Due to inefficient team of max why should i be held responsible for these charges from my bank. These bunch of # had screwed up my cbil score too due to your inefficiency now. They had messed up my other ulip policies too that i had since 10 years, with your inefficient fund management & paid 2.5 lakh rupees on a policy which gave me returns of just 1 lakh now & these # state that the fund mamager charges are heavy on that policy there by it has grown negative. When they didnot manage the fund why should they charge 1.5 lakh fund charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
