I am hiren patel
[protected] this is my policy number
I have take this policy in 51000 ruppes for 24 year policy condition is pay only 12 years premiam but my financial weekness and some my family problem i cant do more pay any premium now after 2 to 3 year i want to surrender this policy but customer reprentative say i cant give your money back and your policy is lapsed but i dont know what can i do i dont want any premium benifit but give my money who i paid u first time
Note: i dont know english very well i am a simple pearson and this writting or typing is from my friend whos name is pritesh patel

Updated by hiren9907 hey guys i m working in a private bank so that is no possible when u call your on time beacuse in this my bank mobile is not allowed at work time so please try to understand others peoples feelings and dont try to cheat other poor people
if your company work genuan then why fraud with people if your company motto is give good service to people then why u said lie at the time when u take a policy
when you give your policy to new customer then why u dont say as like today when i want my money back
