[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Non-acceptance for address change request.

My request to change is address was rejected by max life after 7 days of sending request. It was very disappointed to see not to mention reason in mail that my request was rejected because of lack of self –attestation and i was asked to contact local branch to know reason for same. I got to know the reason through customer care for the same. This is not at all customer friendly approach. Max life wants their customer to struggle just for small thing to get done. It is very unfortunate when all companies and sectors are going to towards to era of an online transaction to ease the life of the customer, however, max life still wants their customer to wander around their branches since they think their time carry no value. Moreover, they took 7 days just to reject my request which was again disappointing. If i can do most secured transactions of my bank account within a second with just one click and verification of code “otp”, then why i should i wait for days just for realization small request even on providing all supporting documents.
It is not a first disappointment, i faced in dealing with all max life. My list is long..
I request them to please understand your customer’s prospects as well. An insurer is always customer’s friend not an obstacle for them.
Understand their time equally valuable as yours.
