Hi My name is nishita danbdsena, adress at darubandha sahi, single woman dob 17.03.1082. I have a max life gain plus 20 insurance through axis bank ltd nabarangpur on 25 july 2013. My policy no is[protected] client id [protected] proposal no[protected]. I pay rs 49600 every year since 2013. But have not received any cash benefits from the policy as it was promised to me by relationship manger of axis bank nabarangpur. Please inquire about the matter.
