[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Not activity my policy and canceling policy | |||||
I have taken tram insurance through policy from max life insurance. But allow getting mail. To submit the kyc and income proof documents pending.. Even i sent bank statement and salary slips but still asking same doc. Also when i ask to cancel my policy not canceling.. I called cc care they are saying mismatch address proof but they don't know what mismatch... Due this. I am not. Able take other company policy. Also i getting touching me from past 2 months..
