[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — payment was not processed by max life website but money was deducted | |
Hi team, I have tried to do payment online using hdfc netbanking. Soon after the banks website it said "redirecting" but after that it showed there was some error and payment was not processed in your website but money was deducted from my bank account I did not get any acknowledgement of this matter or the reference number for this (Ideally for every transaction there should be reference number provided to customer, but here it doesn't happen like that) Is there anyone who can solve this case?
