Dear sir\madam, This is to inform you that yesterday i have received a call from maxlife insurance office mr rajib contact no-[protected] given details of my policy for renewal is due[protected] and rs 32000 incentive against my policy was given in the year 2015. And he also provided me a payu link on date[protected] of rs 30000/- for which i will get rebate of rs 4714.74/- i have also paid the amount. But i not receive conformation from max life insurance till now. Here with i am attaching all my payment details for further action please. Please guide me.
