[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — policy not issued | |||
I have purchased term insurance through axis bank employee on 05/3/2019 by paying rs. 10, 089.00 by debit card but till i do not get a policy. They have given pre-health checkup twice but still, they ask me for medical reports actually that is not my fault. These responsibilities of agent and hospital. Application no:[protected].
