[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Policy surrender amount not received | |||||
I had Taken a Policy with Max Life in 2013, I have paid Premiums not time for every month till Feb 2017, Now I have Requested for Surrender of My Policy. I Submitted all Documents at Thane Branch Office on 8th March, & they said Amount will be credited in my Account in 8 Working Days, it is still not credited. There Customer Care Executives says that Payment has been Initiated on 17th March & Kindly Wait Amount will be credited.
