[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — policy surrender value only 30% instead of total paid amount. | |||||
I have forced to take policy in max life insurance while to get a personal loan in axis bank. They told wrong information about policy and coverage amount, and premium installments (First told only pay for 4 years and now told must pay 8 years). Refer below forwarded mail.. 8 years payable amount : rs. 1, 24, 519.00 But maturity sum amount : 1, 53, 735.00 I have paid 3 premiums, details below... First premium - rs.15999 dated 24.12.2014 Second premium - rs.15800 dated 12.01.2016 Third premium - rs.15810 dated 31.12.2016 Total paid amount - rs. 47609.00 And i requested to surrender my policy, and they told you will get the amount rs.28, 800.00 only. Yes Max is a fraud company and they are cheating people with the help of Axis bank and IRDA is doing nothing and in India Max and Axis Banks are making money with selling fraud policies.

I paid the premium for policy no[protected] before few days, but could not get the premium receipt. I don't remember the E MAIL address and the ID, PLZ LET ME KNOW THE SAME.
