[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — premium of rs. 3000 made by online payment to policy no.[protected] transaction declined

I have made online payment of rs. 3000 from bank of baroda towards premium payment of my wife against the policy no.[protected] on 11/10/18. The said transaction was declined with id pbbr[protected]. However the amount got debited to my account. Again i made a payment of rs. 3000 on 12/10/18 which was successful. Please credit back the earlier transaction amount.
