[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — regarding surrender policy | |||
Its been more than one month i was surrender my policy[protected] due to some financial issue but still i am not getting any details from bank as well as from maxlife office. As per the axis bank agent i submitted all the documents whtever they are asking for and now they are playing with me and when i called to the coustemer care they are simply telling me ur surrender policy is inactive due to not submit the documents but when i ask to the axis bank agent its totally a different story. And he was saying its all done from his side. Now i don’t know what shall i am supposed to do now? And really they are very irresponsible and very bad behaviour towards coustmer. So i decided to go to the consumer court if they are not solving my problem within one week and also i want to make a complaint against the axis bank agaent. Was this information helpful? | |||
