My policy number is[protected] and i got no resolution for my complaint i have a small complaint as i want my agent's contact no. And my agent to contact me and apologise as when agent beg for policy they provide the no. Which is not working and i m not able to contact the agent and i think u recruit fake people as agents after policy they forget the customer as we are nobody and as a customer u people should resolve my problem and the adm of branch calls me what us this i want my agent to contact me and provude the personal contact number on which i can contact my agent i m again writing to the company to provide me the contact no. Of my agent as soon as possible... And escalate my complaint to higher level and except my agent i don't want anyone to contact me... Was this information helpful? | |||||
