1) Lack of communication between Maxlife and Medical tests Lab. 2) No Response from Customer care after payment was done. 3) They don't know how to speek with the customers. 4) Again again asking for additional documents. they don't know what are the documents they need and what are the tests they need. 5) Always rescheduling the appointments. many more.
