[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — wrong commitment and advice by max life insurance and system is not updated as commitment | |||
Dear sir/madam, Please note i have 02 insurance policy[protected] and[protected] max life life perfect partner super - 10 pay. I received the call from your toll free number on 25.01.2019 and she discuss with me around 45 minutes and she has given me the option to convert your yearly payment tern in to half yearly payments and she explain me the bonus pints in my both the policy which i can adjust in current premium payment, so that interest will be not charged and your policy will be continue with all the benefits. Same day and same time i paid the difference amount both the policy and confirm her and she has confirmed me that now she has taken the half yearly premium request which will be update in system with in 48 hours and i will be received the confirmation email from max life. Now regularly i am receiving the calls from your office for pending payments and still premium payments terms are not converted in to half yearly, from your office i am getting regular emails with interest amount stating that pay the balance premium payments. You people are calling from recording line, why you are not checking the communication recording what your employee explain me, you people will find the truth, even i have all communication recording in my mobile. I humble request clear this on top priority and continue my policy with all the benefits, please don't force me to go to irda or news papers. Need your positive reply immediately.
