[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — wrong details of policy proposed. sales person not responding | |||
Got a policy proposed with the proposal number[protected]. The sales person promised elements of policy that are not as per policy. hence we opted out before the proposal being processed. Now when i check with the sales person, he tells that the proposal can be issued only after policy issued and no refund is possible. i would request the customer care team to look into the issue and process the refund asap Was this information helpful? | |||
