Max Lifestyle Private Limited — Took complete order amount as cash, but not delivered all the items of the order

My order no. [protected] from "http://www.maxfashion.in/" was delivered on 3rd july and the courier person collected complete order amount of rs. 1097 as cash from me for three items but when i opened the packet there were only two items worth rs. 898 and third item was missing. I reported this issue on the same day to max customer care via mobile and email both. Since then i am continuously doing follow up and every time they just reply that we have escalated your issue to concern department and wait for 24-48 hrs. And it's been 10 days now, they have not refunded my money back and also stopped responding me.
Please look into the issue as they just kept my money and not returning it back even after so many calls and emails.
I have also sent them the invoice copy attached in the packet where it's mentioned in small letters that invoice value : 898 and in bold it's mentioned please collect rs. 1097.

A wrong order was given by maxfashion on 1st April and I returned it on April 5th...but I did not get any refund till now..its more than a month ...I have called and complained many times..none of the employees are working on it...I need a refund immediately..
