Max — max policy[protected] &[protected] not refunding the paid amount

I, ghanshyam, am a regular client of max and had two policies i. E policy #[protected] & policy #[protected] and even have policy of my wife nirmala and son mohit. But due to serious car accident of my son mohit in july 2014 due to which he remained in coma for 4 months and still the treatment is going on as he suffered traumatic brain injury and due to which my financial condition got worst as i have spent all the money to save the life of my son,, as every father will do. Even now for his treatment,, i need money,,
So request you to please refund my both policies amount as i seriously need this money now for the treatment of my son.
