[Resolved] Max New York Life — Regarding policy copy

Dear sir / madam

I am a policy holder of max life stepping stones - gtms vide policy no.[protected], issue date 08.12.2004. Last december 2015 the said policy had been matured. At the time for claim of maturity amount they told me to submit the policy copy. But unfortunately i don't have any policy copy.

All premium has been deposited.

When i contact with customer care toll free no. Vide policy no. They could not able to connect.

What will be the procedure for claiming matured amount?
