[Resolved] Max Newyork life — Amount paid 8 yrs Total 40,000 but surendered value only 30% | |||
I had invested in a policy with Max New York, policy No.[protected] BEFORE 8 YEARS, premium Rs.5000 /annum. Rs.40000/- for 8 years As per details provided by advisor policy having 3 years lockin period, after that i can get atleast premium paid amount or more according to the market value, without any surrender charges. With above condition i agree to take policy from them thinking that it will give good return after 8 years, but today after 8 years, they say that your fund value is around 15696 approx only and if i withdraw the same i have to pay surrender charges of 30% means around 35000 rs.approx After detail study i found that all my premium part has been feed to company and advisor, they have given me wrong information during purchase of policy, its a real case of fraud, i want to take legal action against at any cost Toshi Sharma Was this information helpful? | |||
