[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — 2 orders cancelled but not yet refunded | |
Maxbhi is a fraudulent company. I had placed 2 orders and both of them were cancelled, and now they are keeping the money with them. I have not received the refund for both the orders. The order numbers are as follows: #660566 #662073 All customers face this same problem till when we don't update on consumer complaints they don't bother to sort out our problem. More funnier thing. Company informed that they have put my refund in ewallet of the company. Money should be returned to customers bank account/ credit card/ paytm etc. without requesting customer to transfer from e-wallet to bank accounts etc. What an jugglery?
Moreover while paying through Maxbhi website it had lot of hassles.Literally disappointing experience from Maxbhi. No one should purchase from this site.
