[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Battery not compatible with Motorola 2nd generation mobile

I have purchased the battery on Battery on 9 September and they have sent me the battery which is not compatible with Motorola 2nd generation mobile. So i request them to pickup the product and sent me the compatible one.Their response is bad they want me to send them product with my courier charges.
Your replacement request with reference number 25560 has been approved. Which means, you can now send the product back to our facility (before the warranty ends - 9 November).
Upon arrival, our team will check the product for the problem(s) reported by you & if all found as per the problem (within our warranty terms and conditions)
