I ordered oneplus 3t screen folder and full body housing. Both the products are defective. I wasted my quality 3 hours in a mobile service center to place the new screen on my phone. Then i got to know that the screen folder is defective and not working. I had to purchase another screen folder from market and got is placed on phone as my phone was lying open there. Moreover the body housing is not fitting properly.
I requested them for refund as both the products are useless to me now. The stupid call center people repeating the same statement again and again, "sir we can't refund". I also told them if you cannot refund, allow me to purchase something else from your store. Then again denied.
The customer service lady was asking me to get the picture of the phone and place the folder on it, and then share the image of not fitting to us. Seriously, how can i get that image now. Moreover, they say courier the product to us, we will review it and send the another one when we confirm it. That means i had to bear the cost of courier service and wait for another weeks time. I just need my money back.
Maxbhi is not able to maintain customer service quality that an online store must have. There online selling licence should be cancelled as they are not providing service of refund, return and return pickup.
