[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — feeling cheated about a purchase | |
I have ordered for a replacement screen for lenovo s1 vibe (Shown available in the website) 14 months ago and made a payment of 1000 rs... But in reply they said that the screen is not available and transferred the money to the wallet... The money cannot be transferred to bank.. Then they showed that one more screen in available which is 200 rs more and i paid that also in hope of getting some value out of my money... That 200 was also transferred to wallet the money is struck for last 14 months... So i tried to get any thing out of my money... And i recently ordered two ear phones... Which cost 259x2 =518 rs... I received that pack and there was only one earphone in it... And in the bill there was two written... The worst thing is that... The mrp of the ear phone is 229... And these buggers charged me 259... I'm sorry to say... These guys are straight away cheaters... Was this information helpful? | |
