[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — fraud/not refunding your amount of worth inr 5748 for two orders | |
We post maxbhi.com two orders for amount 4599 and 1149, orders ids respectively are 1534493 and 1534622. They don't have the products we ordered and also as usual they refunded that amount in their which is not acceptable as a consumer instead the payment should be refunded from where it been originated. Though we have requested them to refund in our account but it is very doubtful as they have a long list of customer complaints of not recieving the amount in the bank/credit card account. Date of delivery given by the company was 15 feb 2019 and it was guaranteed by the company to fully refund of the amount if the product not delivered on the given time.so i want my money back as i have not received the product till now.
