[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — lava iris x8 touch digitizer | |||
Its a fraud.. They are looting people by sending defective items I have ordered digitizer from maxbhi.com Item was dead on arrival, i placed a replacement request.. I got a call from replacement department they said there are 2 conditions for replacement 1) item should not be damaged 2) seal should not be broken There was only one seal on front side of the item i received, which was not tampered and item was also not damaged.. When they received back, they are now saying protective plastic cover on side is also called seal which was removed and placed... Seal is the one marked in red circle in image which is intact This is fraud to loot people money by selling defective items and earn more profit Was this information helpful? | |||

But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. The warranty seals has been removed from the product The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with. The gumming has been removed / used. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs.
