[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — money not refunded - order #1403624 | |
I have ordered mobile display on 17/11/2018 and it was cancelled automatically after few hours of paying the payment stating that due to out of stock. When i added the item into cart, i got multiple calls from them to pay immediately and will ship the item today (17/11) and will be received on 19/11. I made the amount via paytm, after cancellation it was not refunded to my paytm account till now from their e-wallet. It was initiated on 18/11. There is no response on phone calls, if tried from another number they may pick but if i say the order number and ask status they will disconnect the call. To check the status in online it was prompting to wait upto 15 days, after getting over 15days raised request to for status. There is no option to check the status of that request number in portal. Till now there is no response from them. I am sure they are big fraud and cheating consumers. Please help me to get my paid amount. Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I have updated the refund request stating that I have raised consumer compliant and waiting for your response.
Saturday (080-12-2018) somebody called me from Maxbhi on the below number and informed that refund initiated long back and it should be credited to your account. Any how we will check it from our end. If not happen before Wednesday give a call to us.
